Each RapidWeaver theme has text that is pre-selected. By typing on the page, you automatically get the text that best fits your selected theme. If you change themes, RapidWeaver will automatically change the text to match the new theme.
If you determine you want a different style of text, be aware that you will manually have to change EACH page to match your selected text style. The same is true with font size.
In addition, RapidWeaver also understands the formatting Word uses when making documents. Unfortunately, the font size and formatting does not display consistently on web pages. When copying and pasting, be sure to PASTE AS PLAIN TEXT to prevent difficult issues with text.
To change the font, select the "A" button at the bottom of the window (this can also be done in the menu bar as well) and then use the mouse to select your desired font decoration - bold, italic, underlined. You can also enlarge or shrink the hightlighted text using the Bigger / Smaller options.
In addition, you can select to change the style of font. You are limited in the choice of font styles because web browsers vary so greatly that only certain styles of font work on all machines. To select a font style, use the Format menu (as pictured above) and then click on the "Web Safe Fonts" option. Use your mouse to select the font style you wish to use.
You can also change the color of the text, but remember that you will have to manually change the color on each page if you want them to match. Be careful when selecting colors, because not all machines will display colors the same.
In order to change the color of your font, highlight the font you wish to change and then select the color box at the bottom of your window. The color menu will then open.
Here is a quick description of the different pages in the color window.
